Store Policies

Combined Shipping:  Sometimes when we list new items, we do so over a period of two or three days.  If you place a new order before a previous order has shipped, we will be sure to combine the orders into one shipment and refund you any postage overages.  

Returns:  We want you to be happy with your purchases.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your stones, please contact us within one week of your order being delivered.  We will be happy to work with you in establishing a satisfactory resolution to the issue, whether that is a store credit or a full refund.  Refunds requested after the two week mark will be honored in exchange for store credit only.  Please make your selections carefully, noting the measurements and all photographs in each item listing prior to purchasing.

Photographs:  We try our best to accurately capture the color and sheen of our gemstones.  Photographs are taken with a Nikon D7200 camera against a background contained in a DEEP Professional Series light box.  Please note that all stones will change color to some degree depending on the light source and the calibration of your computer/phone screen.

Custom Orders:  Right now, we are unable to accommodate small special orders.  If, however, you are looking for a large wholesale lot, we will do everything we can to work with you.  Feel free to message us with any specific needs.

Reserves:  We preview our new merchandise on our Instagram account as well as share the information on when new listings will be available for purchase.  Our apologies, be we cannot accept reserves at this time.
